Large Room in 3 bedroom house

Hello all!!

My name is Selena. I’m purchasing a home and I’m looking for a roommate. Located in Pine Hill NJ- it’s in a quiet neighborhood but still close to Philly. (25-30 minutes). Shops are nearby, located 20 minutes from Rowan University. There are 2 larger rooms on the second floor and a medium sized on the first floor. There is a large backyard & side yard with a fire pit. The living also has a gorgeous stone fireplace and a detached sunroom for relaxing off the living room.

I’m looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean and polite. I am drama free & I ask you to be the same. I like my place to be an inviting place of solitude so I don’t mesh well with someone who is immature and rude.

The kitchen and living room will be a shared space and I ask that you keep these areas tidy.

I’d prefer a non smoker but if you are, smoking in the house is an absolute no-no and I ask you dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

I’m a 25 year old registered nurse so I work 3 days a week and enjoy going out to Philly on the weekends. I’m typically pretty quiet but I enjoy playing music around the house. When able to, I enjoy hosting friends and family for board game nights, movie nights, etc. I have a one eyed cat named Eve who is very very affectionate, loving and clingy to me. People who say they “don’t like cats- LOVE my Eve”.
