Furnished Master Bedroom for rent February 15,2024

My name is Jennifer and I'm looking to rent a furnished Master bedroom with two closet in a house. The living room/dinning room is furnished and the kitchen comes fully supplied with cooking supplies and utensils. The room will be available February 15, 2024. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile away from Hackensack Hospital and local transportation near by (bus and NJ transit). The George Washington Bridge is about 5 miles away, keeping the city far enough but close enough to return for a day of fun. I am looking to rent out the room for $980 a month and utilities will be split between all roomies (water, gas, electric, and internet). Deposit will be $1,200.00 for the Master bedroom, plus first month payment. You will be sharing a bathroom, have access to a cozy kitchen, an adequate-sized living room, dining space, laundry unit, and have access to the backyard. There is plenty of residential street parking available as well. We will be living in a shared environment and hope to work together to keep what would be our home clean, welcoming, and free of negative vibes. We are all very clean and hope to add someone who is also used to keeping things well kept or it will not work out. I would like to offer a 6-month trial lease (no pets accepted) but that does not mean a renewal lease is out of the picture.

My name is Jennifer I’m a 30 y. o female, still a student, and work a part-time nursing assistant position at the Hackensack Hospital on the mother-baby unit. I like to lounge as much as I like to explore, but when it’s time to get down and dirty during stress weeks (midterms/finals, etc), I’m focused. I’ll try almost anything once; can’t say you don’t enjoy it till you’ve tried it. For the most part, I spend most of my time at school, work or running errands(I never stop), but on off days I enjoy watching movies or simply going with the flow and seeing what the night brings.
