Hi there! I have a room available in my lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Exeter, and I’m on the lookout for a great tenant!
The home is a beautiful, clean, and completely furnished throughout. So you do not ‘need’ anything at all to move in, as anything and everything you would expect in the room of a fully furnished house is there. You just ‘need’ bed sheets, and pillows. The beds are high quality, so you get a great nights sleep every night.
There are also 2 large fridge/freezers to share. High speed internet. Foxtel, Netflix, Disney, Stan. (All free/included)
House Rules: No parties, no smoking inside, and you must keep the space clean and organized. If you’re a single individual looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live, this is the ideal spot for you! 🌟
