I have 1 room to rent in my home in Morrisville, NC. It’s a quiet area with street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. The room is partially-furnished with a bed. Utilities with Google Fiber wifi included in rent. Your cut will be about $850 per month. You'll also get your own private bathroom & a choice of which bedroom you'd like. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a washer & dryer in-unit. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not to noisy - also someone who doesn't mind small dogs!
