Room is furnished with study table and chair. On confirmation of move in, will furnish it with twin bed and mattress.

There are two pets(dogs) in the home and additional pets cannot be accomodated.

Rent for 1 room is $700 per month including utilities.
Utilities included in rent are - internet, electricity, washer, dryer, water, heating, cooling, shared kitchen and dedicated cabinets, and free curbside parking or free parking in designated parking area just beside the home. Background and ID check will need to be completed by the tenant before lease.

Though utilities are included, it is expected from the roommate to use them as per the prescribed guidelines and efficiently to prevent misuse and breakdown.

Available from 01 April 2025. But depending on situation it may be worked out to be a little earlier.
