I'm looking for a roommate from mid-April to share a 3 bed/2 bath ranch home, with me and my dog. Close to downtown Cary. Easy access to shopping and dining, I40, and Hwy 64. The home has a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, 2 separate living areas, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, a large fenced yard which requires some (shared) yardwork, off-street parking, a deck. Pet friendly. ($875 each per month plus share utility costs) Would suit a young professional; I am a 27-year-old male, Environmental Scientist. Background checks, a security deposit, and renters insurance are required.
