I'm looking for someone to sublease my bedroom (note - only one bedroom is available, not both) from May 2023 through September 2023. I live in Uptown in an apartment complex called Uptown 550. It's a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom - both rooms have walk-in closets. It's one of the cheapest apartments in an upscale apartment complex (which is why I'm happy I locked down on this deal).
The apartment complex has two dog parks, two gyms, one rooftop + rooftop bar with bartenders, one pool, one jacuzzi / spa (which is as big as the pool), steam, sauna, conference rooms, game room with pool/snooker, golf simulator lounge, massage room, coffee bar, and monthly social events organized by the Uptown 550 office. There are also hospitality suites for guests (e. g. if your family is visiting) and EV charging stations.
Lease for you will start on May 5th 2023 and end in September 2023. If you'd like to renew the lease in September 2023, you'll have to find a new roommate since my current roommate will be moving out then.
