The process’s to get the room will include a background check that cost $40 dollars, an online interview, a viewing of the house with a second interview, a security deposit of one months rent, contacting two references, verification of income through pay stubs or statements and a 2 month probationary month to month lease.
As of May 15th the home will be occupied by 3 professionals who are either working full time, going to school or a mix of both. There are two males and one female. The bathroom will be shared with a male and female. Everyone in the house is friendly, easy going, quiet and respectful. We all require the person taking this room to be the same. It is very important that they be clean as well.
The room will be available after June 1st.
