Hi, I'm Ashley. I'm currently looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the university area, minutes from Concord. I've lived with my current roommate for almost 2 years now and we get along well, however, she is interested in getting her own place now. I consider myself to be pretty easy-going, low key, and able to get along with just about anyone but I can also be kind of quiet and keep to myself, nothing personal lol. I'm looking for someone similar who is also responsible, clean, and drama-free.
The monthly rent would be about $755.50 but that does not include utilities. The current utilities are water, electric, and internet/Wi-Fi which are split 50/50 and average out to be about $95 per person, a little more or a little less mainly depending on the electric bill as it varies. The leasing office requires a credit/background check, possibly a deposit, a signed lease (12 months), and renters insurance which I have and could easily add you onto my policy or you could get your own, either way is fine.
If you have any questions or need any additional information please feel free to contact me. Thank you and happy house hunting!! :-)
