I am a single mom with a 10 year old son that keeps to himself. 3 days a week he is with his Dad. I am always on the go, so a roommate would have time to themselves in the house. I keep the house tidy and clean, and comfortable sharing my space. The bedroom is beside a bathroom that would be restricted use for my roommate only. The house is 3500sq ft, so enough space for all of us with a front porch, lower patio in back with an upper deck.
