It saddens me to have to leave as I’ve lived here since the complex was first built almost two years ago. East Village has a lot of great community events and offers residents lots of helpful and fun resources regularly. I currently have 3 other male roommates that i’ve never had issues with , they’ve also been here just as long as I have, very respectful and courteous to privacy. At the start of the lease 2 of the tenants will be new and have not been selected yet. UNCC campus is right down the street and there is a bus stop in front of the building. This lease is set to expire July 2024 with an option for renewal.
