One bedroom in quiet neighborhood. Your bathroom would be across the hall and used by guests as well, but has full tub and upgraded sink and cabinets. Female roommate/landlord, M, works from home
Has a giant breed senior dog. She is very friendly but if you do not like dogs, this is not the place for you.
Second living area in basement so we can hang out separately as needed.
Perfect for students at WSSU or UNCSA as both are only about 8-10 minutes away.
Above ground pool in backyard.
M gardens so in the spring/summer, you could enjoy fresh produce. M spends her nights mostly hanging out watching TV or going to see friends, but occasionally hosts a wine/board game night.
