1 bedroom and bath for female roommates only.

Located in quiet neighborhood, this house is 14 minutes from UNCSA, 17 minutes from WSSU and 15 minutes from downtown.

The home has a pool that you will be able to use in the summer.

About me, the owner/roommate. I am a female in my early 40s. I work from home Monday-Friday approx. 9-5, so quiet hours during this time will be necessary. I have my own office in the house, so you wouldn't have to worry about accidentally walking through a zoom video. :)

There is another female in her early 30s. She has a senior dog, and two cats, who mostly stay in her room, but we occasionally hangout in the living room / kitchen.

Because of her pets, this house is at capacity for pets at this time.

She and I both keep to ourselves most nights, but will chat or share a meal from time-to-time.

I host a board game night at my home several times a year, so ideally, this would be something that you would enjoy participating in. Otherwise, most of my time is spent working on house projects.

This is a private room. But the bathroom in the hall will be shared with the other roommate and guests.

Rent includes:

- Internet

$900 security deposit
$900/mo with 3 month lease, extension possible,
$875/mo w/ 6 month lease

Room is furnished now, for the $900 price point, but if you do not want it furnished, the rent will be down to $50 less per month.

Your room, Front Right Bedroom, and bathroom are starred in the floor plan of the house. The other roommate is in tone labeled, the Front Left Bedroom.

Features in the bedroom are:
- A little under 12 ft by 12 ft
- Closet
- Two windows

Furnishings can be provided for a monthly cost of $50/mo. (Queen Bed, TV, desk, side table and choice of dresser or bookshelf.)

Bathroom features:
- New cabinetry and faucets for sink
- Standard sized tub

Kitchen is newly renovated. There is a large back patio in addition to the one around the pool. Laundry is in the basement.

A background check will be run and I would prefer to meet for coffee before we decide to be roommates.
