The building is has 4 floors and over 100 units, but everyone is really friendly. Included amenities are pool access, outdoor grill access, a gym specifically for residents, a computer room with free prints, a movie room, and a common area to host events. The utilities included are trash pickup and water. Gas, electric, and wifi are separate, but split between you and your two roommates is only about $50 a month. The building is also secured by needing a key, given to residents, for all access.

Parking is available in a parking garage attached to the building for additional $125/ mo. There is also a huge parking lot located across the street.

Your roommates!! Two super sweet girls in their twenties studying nursing and speech pathology at Adelphi. They're very clean and like to split things equally. Respective of the third persons space and just really open and easy to get along with.
