House mate/adult companion

Looking for a person who can take care of my Dad who is very low maintenance. He will need to be fed a basic breakfast and dinner each day.
candidate will have to administer his pills once a day.
My dad is fully functional, Walks, showers dresses and makes his own bed.
He paints and watches TV most of the day.
I would expect candidate to cook and keep the house clean.
I will supply a grocery budget for both renter and my dad.

My sister who lives in Oakdale can take my dad on occasion to her house when renter needs to travel.
My dad also will spend 3-4 moths with me in Florida during the winter so the renter will occupy alone without any obligation..

I am looking for an older retired companion for my dad who needs somewhere to stay. Drug an alcohol free environment.
