2 Room Studio Private Bath and Entrance

This is a bedroom rental in a 2 family home (all that live here are family). The house was built in 1878. This is a 2nd story "bedroom" rental. There are 2 big bright rooms with your own bathroom and 2 closets, refrigerator and microwave. I would not suggest any bulky furniture, this is an old home and there is a narrow stairway to the 2nd floor. There is NO KITCHEN
There is on street parking in front of the house for 1 car.
Landlord lives downstairs (husband and wife) with some extended family (brother in-law, nephew, and uncle). The upstairs apartment is our niece and her kids.

We are looking for someone or a couple that can deal with a family living next door but who are also considerate especially during the early morning and night time hours.
There are some smokers, we ask that if anyone smoke they do so outside and dispose the cigarette.
We would like a person (people) that are down to earth and easy going, we don't want any drama.

Wifi, there is Wifi but I make no promises. Renter can pay for a cable box if they want Optimum. Washer and Dryer in basement (this is a courtesy, again, not a guarantee)
