Room for rent

We're a couple looking for a housemate. We are looking for a single person, not a couple. We strongly prefer someone employed full time, as we are. He works nights in the city as a police officer, and she works in elder care and is in nursing school. We're usually quiet and are looking for a quiet person. No one in the house smokes, so we're looking for a non-smoker.
We just completed construction on our house and updated everything. We're looking for a house mate for the second floor. There are two bed rooms with large closet space. The room comes furnished and includes a full-size bed. We already found someone for one of the rooms but the other is still open. We're asking $1,000.00 with the utilities and wifi included. There is a full bathroom on the second floor between the two bedrooms designated for you and the other room.
There is central air in the house. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, which you can use as long as you are respectful about it. We additionally have a brand new kitchen that can be used as shared space.
The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short distance from several shopping centers and walking distance from the LIRR and bus routes.
Also, no pets. Available immediately.
