Napa Townhouse

I have started a new job in Sonoma and am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends in March (they may renew). The drive is too much and I am looking closer to work. We have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. It is on two floors so plenty of space. Lots of closets and storage. Huge kitchen with way more cabinets than we know what to do with. We have a nice outdoor space with a garden and grill. One person smokes but he smokes outside. The square feet are around 1615. You would have the middle bedroom and share a bathroom with a guy. We have a huge laundry room with lots of storage and a full size washer and dryer.

We all work in the wine industry so we work weekends. For the most part we are quiet and chill and not partiers. We have a small shih Tzu dog who is older and keeps to herself. She is hypoallergenic so she does not shed and does not bother people who are allergic to dogs. Parking is either in the complex or on the street which is super close (right next to the house). You pay less rent because your room is smaller, but we split all utilities (PG&E, Trash, and Water) we don't have cable, but if you wanted it its something we could do.
