Basement rent full or just a room

I have a furnished room month to monthtomonth rent with, one bath, a living shared area, is furnished. Location West end. You will have to share a bathroom also. The basement doesn't include a washer and dryer but is equipped with a microwave, a breakfast table, a small fridge, a coffee maker also dishes and silverware utensils. I added a pic of the hallway you will have to walk to get to the basement. Also no smokerssmoking. I have severe asthma, so it needs to be someone who doesn't smoke or vape no drugs allowed!
No pets since I have two pups already. They are small French poodles.
No kids. The home is for people who mostly work all day.
Include all utilities, including internet, free parking close to the property.
Each room has a tv
I also offer the option to rent the whole space for with the bedrooms for $ a month
