This is a private locking bedroom. This is suitable for tenant. These rooms are located above a commercial office space in a historical home in Eureka Montana. You will share spaces (full kitchen, laundry room, full bath) with the landlord who runs a real estate and property management business. There is NO shared living room space landlord uses it for client sitting area and for her family when they are. All utilities are included even WiFi. Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves and take turns cleaning shared spaces. Tenants have NO outdoor storage. Only car is allowed per tenant. No pets are allowed. Looking for respectful tenants who understand that the main floor is a professional space. There is a set of stairs to reach the bedroom. No drugs, partying or overnight visitors without permission.
