Room for rent

I have a nice quiet room for rent in a trailer in Wagon Wheel Trailer Park. All bills paid including internet which includes Hulu and Prime video. The room has a very comfy bed in it. Two male room mates but we are open to a male or female roomie. Both are employed full time and very quiet. We work.. We sleep thats about it. Not a party house but 420 friendly. I am an older man but very laid back and I get along with anyone and everyone. Park management says NO animals and NO FELONS. You must pass a background check thru management but their big concern is felonies. Looking for male or female. You need to be employed or have a verifiable way to show income. Clean quiet and respectful is all thats asked of you. Plenty of room for you to bring your own furniture because there isnt any here now. A prior room mate owned all the furniture that was here and had the nerve to take it with them with they moved out. Can you believe that??? Some people. But on the bright side, if you get up in the middle of the night, there is nothing to bang your toe on if you go to the kitchen for a glass of water or a cookie.. :) Good location. Close to two bus stops and Albertsons. Washer/dryer on site. I even supply the toilet paper. What more could you ask for??? Get in touch by text e-mail or phone if interested.
