Looking for a new roommate in Townhouse

I'm looking for one new roommate to take over the soon to be vacant room in our townhouse. Our roommate is planning to move out when our lease ends on July 1st but there may be some flexibility to move in earlier if necessary, as he is moving in with his girlfriend. I'm a 30-year old teacher/coach who enjoys soccer and other sports as well as going out with friends on the weekends in Morristown. My roommate works in sales and enjoys video games, working out, and going out on the weekend.

The Place: The townhouse is very nice, on a private street, and the last building unit in the complex so there is plenty of parking right by our place. All three bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor and the available room has a shared full bathroom on the floor as well as a shared 1/2 bathroom on the 2nd floor. The living and dining rooms are already furnished and there is already pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwater etc. included). There is plenty of storage space as well. Short and cheap Uber/Lyft into Morristown and close to major highways (287, 80, 10, and 24) and minutes from Morris Plains train station. Shoprite is around the corner and Wegmans and Stop and Shop are a short drive away as well.
