Hey, I am looking for a responsible roommate who needs a fully furnished bedroom to rent. I own a 3 bedroom house in Flourtown at the end of my street is Fort Washington State Park. Nearby there are restaurants, WAWA, Acme, gas stations etc. I am trying to pay off some of my credit card debt so that is why I am looking for a roommate. I am an art teacher in Philadelphia and I also live in between Chestnut Hill and the Plymouth Meeting Mall. I live approximately 35-40 minutes from center city. Rent would be $900, utilities included, easy street parking, fully furnished, washer/ dryer , WiFi and cable in your room... I don't know what else to say.
