Enjoy nice room/house when I travel 50%?

Hi,

My name is Paul and I'm offering for rent the 2nd largest room in a very nice, clean, well appointed, quiet, 4 bedroom house.

Location is 2 minutes from the Garden State Parkway and only 7 mins from the shore to Long Branch beach, in between both Red Bank (8 mins) and Asbury Park (10 mins).? Sea Bright, Highlands, Atlantic Highlands are also only about a 20 min drive. Monmouth university is also about 5 mins away.

The house has a lot to offer: ?private fenced backyard and patio with nice furniture, barn lights, grill, firepit and more.? Inside the house there is a lot of space to hang separately (2 living rooms downstairs and a dedicated office/reading/TV room upstairs).? It's a very comfortable setup!

About me: ?I'm an easy going, but busy 35 y/o working professional NYC commuter, sometimes working from home, and travelling a large portion of the month for work.? At times, you may have the house to yourself!

Looking for a responsible, clean, easy going roommate.? Please tell me a bit about yourself if you choose to reply, preferably with a picture, employment status, length of lease, etc.

Let me know if interested asap as there is a lot of interest (here and other apps) and I would prefer to find a great roommate that meshes well in a co-share environment.

3 month minimum lease
Rent = $975/month
Utilities = shared, ~$175/month (includes monthly house cleaning)
Security Deposit = one month rent of $975
