Roommate needed for 5br house near beach

Three roommates (one male, two female) looking to fill two available spots in a beautiful Victorian style house two blocks from the beach in a safe area of Asbury Park. A short walk to the boardwalk, Cookman Ave, Main Street, the and train station.

- Two available bedrooms that are freshly painted and contain an air conditioning unit. Spacious closet and ceiling fan in rooms. Clean hardwood floors. Plenty of room for furniture, bed, etc.
- Large living room with electric fireplace and couch.
- TV room includes couch and chairs.
- Kitchen has working dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and plenty of room to cook.
- Backyard contains fire pit, grill, and a good amount of space for small gatherings.
- Long porch with chairs that is beautiful in the summer.
- Two full bathrooms with showers that have strong water pressure.
- Three car driveway with garage for storage
- Free street parking.
- Very large basement with washer and dryer.

We're looking for a young professional roommate who is trustworthy, clean, respectful, quiet, and reliable with paying bills. No dogs or cats allowed, sorry.

Expected move-in date will be March 1, 2020 (non-negotiable). This will be a one year lease with an option to renew in March 2021.

Rent is $660 per month, which is extremely generous for the size and location of the house. Utilities are not included, but will be divided by all 5 roommates, which typically averages out to $100-125 per person/per month. 1.5 month rent security deposit required upon move-in. Credit report and/or background check may be required by landlord.
