Hello! Let's save you some reading time and start with potential drawbacks, lol! Note: the screenshots are from when I was buying the house so that's not my furniture, the third floor is currently used for storage (which I would relocate, of course). - It is on the third floor, so stairs are real. - The A/C is a window unit and is quite loud, but ideally, part of your first month's rent would cover getting a newer, hopefully quieter one. - My dogs are a handful, and may take some time to chill out (so I would feel bad if my roommie had a cat who had to live only on the third floor). I'm not 100% opposed to more animals, but it would require some consideration from both parties! - I'm so shy and it can take me time to warm up to people Still here? Yay!! Upsides: - I love my house, it's comfy and spacious, even though it is a work in progress - Your room is huge. There's a small built in desk and a small closet. But I plan on adding some more storage for you! I'd even let you paint it as long as you promise not to destroy the carpet! LOL - It is furnished, I will be adding a dresser or set of drawers and there's a full-sized bed. (It's actually a custom-size since it's (a sturdy) antique, but it's about a full/queen size). There might even be a desk chair (if I can find an affordable one). - We can totally make the bathrooms completely private, but personally, why bother going to a different floor just to use the toilet? But if you're more comfortable with 100% privacy, that's fine with me! - You of course have access to everything on the first floor (unless we're doing private bathrooms lol), so kitchen, dining, living area. - The front porch has a swing! There is room for both cars in the driveway, but we'd have to dosey-do around each other, so it might be more convenient to park on the street (many do). - Oh, and my dogs are cute (even if they're also energetic) Other notes: I'm flexible on the rent price, but I'd like to split the Utilities (gas and the electic/water/etc bills), but internet, security, etc I can cover!
