Roommate wanted, luxury apartment with amenities

Hi, I am looking for a safe and responsible female roommate for the safety of my kids. I am a single dad with part-time custody of my two daughters (every other week). I also have a small poodle with me full-time. I am looking for a roommate who is kind, low-key and doesn't mind it when I do have my girls with me (3 and 11).

You would have your own private room and bathroom.

I don't have parties. I previously lived with a roommate who preferred no visitors and would prefer to live with someone who feels the same way or at least keeps guests to a minimum.

The apartment is Platform Apartments and has a hot tub, sauna, nice fitness room, common area for hosting guests or hanging out as well as a swimming pool. There is also a rooftop terrace.

There is modern security at the apartment and a package concierge that allows your packages to be securely stored.

If you work from home, there are plenty of private and semi-private rooms to work or study in. The apartment has wi-fi in those areas as well as a coffee drink machine.

Tenants pay for all utilities.

I am quiet, clean, and a kind person. I am drug-free, rarely drink, and have a stable career. I can provide you with references for my character (friends and co-workers) and I would expect to be able to ask for your references as well.
