Two tidy roommates looking for a third clean and conscientious person to join our 3.5 bed / 1 bath apartment in Lyndale.

Rent is $495 a month for the bedroom. There is a $495 security deposit with lease signing. Rent includes water, and trash collection. Additional utilities (electricity, gas, and fiber optic internet) are normally around $100/person.

Located in the Lyndale neighborhood in South Minneapolis, the apartment is just a few blocks from Nicollet Avenue with easy access to I-35. The building is close to major bus routes. We have additional storage for bikes and such in the basement and in-building coin-operated laundry. Off street parking is available in the back alley. Unfortunately, the building is not ADA / wheelchair accessible.

I work as a patient care coordinator in an oral surgery practice. I enjoy video games, comics and hanging out with friends. I like to use the apartment as a place to relax at the end of my day. I host social gatherings occasionally and my partner stays over about once a week.
