Hi! I am currently signed to a lease for mid-August 2025 to 2026 at the brand new Standard in Dinkytown but am looking for someone to take it over. I am in a 5 bed 5 bath floor plan, however the leasing department said that you would be able to sign to any available floor plan instead. My rate for a private bed/bath was around $900 a month.
