I am showing this apartment on Tues pm and Thursday at pm pm Bryant Ave apartment is blocks away from restaurants, cafes, Lake Calhoun, and is on a bus line to downtown. Heat, water (hot & cold), sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. The tenants pay their own electric. The damage deposit will be month rent. Onsite coin laundry available. Off street parking is available. Cats allowed but an extra $ security deposit is required. You are welcome to smoke on the front & back decks, but smoking is not permitted in the building.
