This home is a moderately sized house in the Nokomis Lake/Diamond Lake area. It is walking distance to a grocery store, lake, and restaurants. The furnishings are a bedroom, extra room for studying, working, or watching TV. Both rooms are upstairs with a private half bath in the middle. A tenant would have to use the downstairs bathroom for showering or bathing. I work full time Monday through Friday, My dog goes to doggie daycare during the week. He is left for a few hours at a time, but there is a gate that keeps him from the upstairs area. In the summer, there is a nice patio with tables, chairs, and a fire pit. The kitchen is a shared situation. I do feel more comfortable with another female as a roommate.
