Lower level living space and private room

Hi! I am single professional and I own my home, It is a story and 1/2 in east Bloomington. The space that is available is in the lower level of the home. There is a private bathroom, but no shower/tub- that is shared on the main floor. I have 2 cats and a Chihuahua that are social and sweet. I am willing to allow additional pets within reason. I work full time outside of the home. I enjoy reading, spending time with my neighbors and friends, cooking/baking, taking walks and enjoying time in my yard relaxing or gardening.
I am seeking a female preferred roommate who is easygoing, communicative, and clean.
I tend to do my own thing, but also enjoy having someone around to chat with or have a meal together on occasion.
The space is available as early as June 1 2023
