Cool and Quiet - Southeast Metro

I'm a laid back dude looking for a house mate in Inver Grove Heights. I own a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse, of which you'll have 1 bedroom, garage parking for one vehicle and primary use of the downstairs living room area (I spend most of my time in the loft). Kitchen access, some storage space, free washer and dryer access (just provide your own detergent), free Internet, etc. We don't even have to cut grass or clear snow! This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

We will split the Xcel Energy bill, all other household bills are included.

I am a generally laid back guy that enjoys spending my extra time volunteering and exploring philosophy. I am sober from alcohol and would prefer someone that either abstains or doesn't drink very much. 420 friendly. No hard drugs.

I am a working professional and tend to work a hybrid schedule. I share custody of two small dogs, which I usually have only one at a time. Goofy thing about me? I sing to my dogs!
