Looking for a temporary place this summer? I’m offering a cozy 1-bedroom (11x10 feet) for rent in the northern suburbs. The room comes with a twin bed, a walk-in closet, and access to shared spaces, including a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and in-house laundry facilities. Utilities, cookware, and dishes are all included, and there is outdoor parking available. You'll share the house with two other people, but the bathroom is only shared with one person. Please note that this is a cat-friendly home, so the new roommate must like cats. Unfortunately, no other pets or children are allowed. We’re looking for someone mature and open to a multicultural environment. If interested, there is a $55 non-refundable application fee, which covers a full background check.
