Lower level includes private bathroom with shower (not a tub), free laundry is right next to your bathroom. Door to bedroom. Family room is open to staircase up to top floor where owner lives. Your living space is 700 SQFT or so. Some storage in connected garage. Laundry use and all utilities (and internet 1200MB) included. Your room is hardwired if you need to plug in. Shared kitchen is upstairs. There's also a fireplace and garage space for compact car/suv. Big trucks might not fit, but there is street parking.

Public transportation is woefully lacking, but not impossible. Northstar rail is 1 mile away.

I have one chill cat who HATES other cats and especially dogs for some reason. We have tried to integrate another cat with him, but he prefers people. I'm open to trying one cat, but might be a struggle. He is very friendly to people and will try to be friends with you. His litter box is in the laundry room, but can move it if it bugs you.

I'm clean and quiet. In a relationship with a cishet gamer hippy man (37). He's here a lot. We are friendly, empathetic, nonjudgmental and class conscious. We are both agnostic/atheist, but do not judge religious folks. He is more social than I.

We are both recovering addicts (alcohol/opiates), clean for many years, but even tho we don't use, we are very friendly and don't mind if you drink as long as it's not problematic. We're McKenna enjoyers and Deadheads.

I travel a few times a year so I won't be home about 3 months of the year. We have cat sitters so won't ask you to do it. I also keep to myself so you'll probably not see me much even when I'm home. I'm a hands-off roommate, but would like someone who will do their own dishes. Messy is fine as long as it's not in shared spaces. Respectful visitors are totally fine. I'd love if you're handy, but not required.
