The title SHOULD be:
“Clean room with private entrance and bath”
But it looks like this app changed it to “large room with en-suite”- Why?

-I have a clean, private furnished room available starting July 1.
-I'm open to both short and long term rental.
-It is near bus lines that go into Cambridge and downtown Boston.
-Room/efficiency for ONE person with its own private entrance, small porch, private bathroom, and parking space in driveway.
-Located in Watertown near the Newton line, close to the Mass Pike (route 90) (Near Cambridge, Brighton, Boston & Waltham)
-Room is furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. *No kitchen.* Room has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
-Towels and bedding can be provided, if needed.
-By the month: $825 including utilities (includes wifi but not cable). First and last required to move in.
-Short term: by the week available for $250/week. for shorter stays- contact me for details. (There is a $200 minimum.)
-There will be a cleaning/changeover fee of $30 for each separate stay (but the place still needs to be left clean).
The shower stall is best for people approx 5’10” or under.
