1 Bed Room in East Somerville

Two of us are recent college graduates while one is currently attending. We work full time and try to keep things clean, so we are looking for someone in a similar situation.

Since the place is being renovated I don't have any decent pictures of the place that I can post but if you are interested I can link you to some posts of how it looked before renovations. I'm just having a tough time converting them Jpg.

Here is a list of features posted by the listing agent: ?The unit renovation work will be completed this summer. This 4BR/2BA duplex unit will feature a modern kitchen with refinished cabinets with new hardware, new stainless steel appliances, and new granite countertops. The unit will also feature refinished hardwood floors and stair treads, new LED light fixtures, an in-unit stackable washer/dryer, ductless mini-split heating and cooling systems, new vinyl replacement windows, and fresh paint throughout.?

The room for rent is roughly 9ft by 9ft with the closet sticking out into that space. We currently have signed for the apartment but one of the tenants on the lease won?t be able to live in Boston as planned so now we?re looking for a replacement. The room is noticeably smaller than the others available which is why the two other tenants and I are paying $900 per month to help offset the cost.

We will need $2,700 for first/last/security and you must have a credit score of at least 700 or a cosigner in order to join the lease.
