Living room room share

The apartment is a two bedroom apartment at Riverside Towers with one bathroom and a full kitchen and living room. This is a large living room space shared with another girl, and two other tenants who have their own room. The girl this room is shared with is rarely there and very friendly. The space can fit a queen size bed plus a desk and/or closest if needed. The rent is 380 for August and 410 starting September plus utilities which can vary month to month and is split between tenants as well as wifi/internet (both combined i. e. utilities plus wifi would be around $50 give or take). There is a security deposit of $490 and a roomate add on plus processing fee of $135 which is given to the leasing office. The total for move-in would be $1005 and then $380 for August and $410 the following months due to the increase in rent for the lease renewal
