Room in Medford Apartment

Looking to sublet my current roommates' room in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom spacious Medford home starting January 1st-August 31st 2021.

Located on the corner of Riverside Ave with equal distance to Wegmans and Medford City hall. This second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, an office space, 1 bathroom, a spacious dining and living room, kitchen with dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, porch area, and plenty of storage in the basement. The apt itself will be partially furnished. The room will not be furnished.

The space is PET friendly with a good sized fenced in yard and one off street parking spot, but plenty of side road parking as well-no permit needed. Plowing is managed by the city and the landlord is available for shoveling.

You will be sharing this space with me, a 37yo female Design Professional. We split electricity and gas, cable and internet. The landlord pays for the water.

Monthly rent is $1,000: landlord requires first month plus security deposit. $1500 due when signing.
