Retired senior seeks roommate

I own a five bedroom, two bathroom home in Hudson, MA.
I am offering one furnished bedroom, one empty bedroom, private bathroom, shared office, livingroom, diningroom, kitchen, and sunroom. Home offers laundry, fireplace, home gym, a/c, internet/cable/phone and attic and basement storage. Off street parking for four cars. Five minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. two malls within minutes and short distance to routes 495, 290, 85, 62, and Mass Pike. Large yard facing on the Assabet River, features a brook, stone walls, flowering shrubs, and multiple gardens. You would have almost exclusive use of the second floor, as I mostly live on the first floor. I do have two sixteen year old cats, so unfortunately no more pets. Owner pays all utilities, landscaping, snow removal, professional housecleaning, and trash removal. Asking 1st, last, and 1/2 month security, for a total of $3500. upon signing of month to month lease. I will ask you for references, background check, and proof of employment or ability to pay.
