Small Room For Rent In Edison, Right Off Route 1

Hi I’m Tess! I’m renting out a small unfurnished room in my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Edison with in unit wash/dryer. There is a gym, tennis court and pool at the sister location down the road. The complex itself is nice and quiet. Rent is $924 a month, excluding internet and electric. Room is available for move in February 15th, but can be available as soon as February 1st. Looking for long term commitment only to finish out the lease which is up November 2022.

I’m a vet tech at a 24 hour animal hospital, so I work long hours and mostly stay to myself when I get home. That being said, I won’t say no to a wine and movie night! I have a very sweet older kitty who would love to be your friend and a younger kitten would love to play with you. I keep the shared spaces tidy so I expect the same.
