Great Room in Watertown Apt w/ Parking & Laundry

Hello! This posting is for 1 bedroom in an apartment in Watertown with 2 other guys in their late 20s. I am moving out of my room for a work opportunity which is taking me out of the country. Pat and Saahil are the two roommates you will be living with. Both work full-time in professional jobs in the city and are amazing people. I literally cannot say enough about how great these two are as people and roommates. They super nice, clean and tidy, but also enjoy going out on the weekends and socializing with friends at the bars and various events in the city.

The room gets a lot of natural sunlight and is rather large. It can easily fit a queen size bed with plenty of space for other furniture (desk, dresser, etc). The room is available now and the lease runs through the end of August. The rent includes a parking spot in the back driveway, which allows you to park off the street and come and go freely throughout your time living in the apartment. The apartment also has free laundry in the basement shared with the apartment on the 2nd floor.

This is a fantastic place and has easy access to the city via public transit (bus stop a 3 minute walk - 10/15 minutes to Harvard Square). Until moving out just recently, we had lived here for 5 years for the convenience and price point, highly recommended.
