Room Available in 2BR Apt in East Watertown!

Room available in 2-bedroom apartment in East Watertown. My current roommate is moving out-of-state for work so ideally looking for someone to move in sometime between December 1st and January 1st. Lease through 7/31/19 with possibility to renew for another year. Rent is $950/month. Utilities (gas heat, electricity, internet) usually run about $75-100 each month.

Bedroom: The room is cozy and peaceful--easily fits full/queen bed, dresser, chair/desk. It's located on the side of the house away from the street and is very quiet.

House: The apartment is the third floor of a large house. It has all hardwood floors with two bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen and an entry area. There's a little balcony at the back of the kitchen, and we share the front deck with our second floor neighbors. No laundry in unit but we've got two laundromats just down the block. The apartment also includes one off-street parking spot in the shared driveway.

Neighborhood: The house is conveniently located near the intersection of Mt Auburn St and Arlington St in Watertown. The immediate neighborhood is fantastic--several great bakeries/markets/diners right down the block. CVS is less than five minutes away and both Star Market and Target are within easy walking distance for regular errands. The apartment is near bus stops for both the 71 and 73 that reach Harvard Square in 10-15 minutes. Very well-positioned for commuting downtown or in Watertown, Belmont, Cambridge, Allston, and Brighton.

About Me: I'm a young professional in my late 20s working in university administration. I am very friendly, laid-back, and conscientious. I generally like to keep the common areas pretty clean and tidy. I like to read, watch movies/TV, and enjoy good food/drinks either at home or out. Looking for a roommate who is also friendly, laid-back, and conscientious.
