Looking to fill 2 rooms for april

Us: Hi we live right outside of Union square and 3 of us are moving because we bought a house. We are looking to fill a master bed room.

Our Australian roommate, 24, will be staying here. He is studying at Berkeley.

The House: There are 2 and a half baths and the square feet of the town house is approx. 1300. There is a parking spot next to the house and you can go to somerville traffic and parking to get visitors passes which we have valid up until July.

Public transportation is abundant in the area. Sullivan is a mile down the road as well as lechemere. The bus stop is less than a minute walk.

The house has central air and a tankless water heater that is superb. However we are taking the laundry machine and dryer with us to our new house. It may be able to be negotiated with the realty company to aquire new machines.

There is a spacious downstairs with a half bath.

The master bed room has a queen bed in it and the white closets in it would remain as they are part of the house. There is a private bathroom connected only to the master bedroom. Ideally to keep rent at 825 two people would occupy this room. There is a space outside of this room that connects to the kitchen and is currently being used as a closet.

We have moved out of the house and it is ready to be moved into.

The room upstairs would be 825 and the master bed would be 1000. This would be ideal for a 5 month stay. If you wanted to stay longer the rent for the master bedroom would go up to 1650

You would be signing onto the lease for til september. You would need 1st month rent (825)+security (825) and an application fee (150) as well as fill out an application to be approved by the landlord
