Room for Rent - Female Preferred - Must Love Dogs!
The room for rent is in Carteret NJ with my daughter which is currently living and going to school in Philadelphia to be a Physician Assistant for the next 2 years. My domestic partner works and lives in Florida and I travel there often. I have a full-time job in a financial industry.
I have a 4 bedroom bi-level home with a fenced in yard. The room for rent is a 10x11 on the first floor. You would be sharing a walk-in closet and 1-1/2 bath.
The rent would be $600 but it includes cable and all utilities and access to the washer n dryer. I do have 2 small dogs but I also petsit and only will have 2 addl clients at any given time. The person renting must LOVE dogs, pets in general. We are morning people! I do need someone to be neat, organized and respectful with day to day care of common spaces.
The following merchants are within walking distance! Shop-rite, fast food, Walgreens, CVS, local diner, dollar store, pizzerÃa and liquor store and a few more! Transportation into the city and nearby areas are easily accessible as well.
No men are allowed in my home, drugs or drama. My home is quite and laid back besides the dogs barking to greet those coming in :) If your interested we can certainly arrange to visit and speak openly.
I do require a meet and greet to learn more about your personality and habits and get a better understand face to face.
