tenant has priority use supporting heir work or school schedule, There is ample safe parking on the premises. Electric, water and Internet are included in the rent. Room is completely furnished and includes bedding and towels.

Perfect temporary space for a Doctor or Nurse working at Baptist
Hospital or Larkin, which are within walking distance from the accommodations. The University of Miami is 1.6 miles away so,
perfect for Students or UM Faculty. One is able to catch the bus
right in front of the house which goes to the Metro Rail Station
that is 4 minutes away. Dwelling is situated in a safe neighborhood.

This is the perfect space for a quiet drug free and sober person that desires privacy and solitude in a beautiful, comfortable and quiet environment. House Keeping services are available at an extra charge.

I am a Costume Designer and I have my Office/Studio in the front half of the dwelling with own entrance. I am on the premises during office hours. Tenant has complete privacy from my Studio.

We will a require a background check and previous Landlord contact. Non Smoker Please!
