I am looking for a roommate to share my 1,100 sq. ft. 2-bed/ 2-bath Balcony apartment in Little Havana! The building is very well maintained. It was built in 2008 and has all the amenities one could wish for - several elevators, lobby, 24/7 doorman, gym, communal balcony on the same floor, and covered private parking (additional charge, based on availability). Plenty of street parking is also available.

ABOUT ME: I am a 32 years old professional, working for an IT company. I speak English, Bulgarian! I am a very easy going person and I respect others and their privacy and expect the same.

ABOUT THE ROOM: The room has some furnishing $750 per month (all utilities are included - electricity, internet) and has its own private bathroom. It features hardwood floors and ample closet space.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: As I mentioned the 2-bed/ 2-bath unit is pretty spacious, newly renovated, 7th floor, cozy living room, dining area, and fully functioning kitchen. Private balcony, there are washer & dryer in the apartment, central AC, and a dishwasher. The appliances are fairly new. Big fridge, electrical stove, oven, and microwave.

LOCATION: Neighborhood is nice and organized, well maintained, extremely safe, quiet, family-oriented. Publix and Presidente 1 block away. Perfect location, you are 5-10 minutes away from everything - Calle Ocho, Airport, Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, Wynwood, Walmart, Costco, Ikea, 10-15 minutes away from Miami Beach/South Beach. 3 minutes away from I-95, 836, US-41. There are plenty of public transportation options around the building (trolley, busses).

ABOUT YOU: Respectful, employed individual, gender & nationality do not matter. No Smoking, No couples, No Pets, No drugs!

TO MOVE IN: You will have to pass a background check with the building. The 3 requirements are a credit score above 650, no evictions, and no criminal record. 1st month rent and 1 month deposit (total $750 first month + $750 deposit = $1,500)!
