Walk to Midtown & the Miami Design District; easy access on waterway to SoBe & MIA, minutes to downtown, Wynwood, 2 blocks to the expressways north, south or to the airport and easy access to public transportation. Great room, excellent security and great price! Hair salon, cleaners, tennis, gym and coffee shop in the building.
About the Apartment - what you’ll get:
• You will have your own private nicely furnished room with water view, a desk, Flat Screen TV, a private bathroom, and closet.
• The condo also has a balcony with a water view.
• Parking is provided.
• Use of the apartment common areas, washer dryer, kitchen, and use of all the fabulous building amenities. The building is like a hotel with a food store, gym, tennis courts, basketball and racket ball court, hair salon, cleaners, nice pool area on the wide-open water with a whirlpool, jacuzzi, TV room building outside next to pool and off the lobby, there’s a nice game, meeting, TV room. The building has excellent security and a front desk staff.
Desired roommate: Student or Professional.
• Must have photo and write-up.
• I am looking for a roommate that's nice, respectful, clean, quiet, independent, drama-free that doesn't mind living with an outside smoker. No partiers, drugs, alcoholics, or felonious backgrounds.
• The building requires paperwork, a background check and zoom meeting prior to move in. This takes approximately 4 weeks.
• Move in costs: security deposit in advance, first month's rent and building move in fees.
•Outdoor smoking OK. Not indoors.
