Hi! My roommate and I currently live here at the Gates Apartments on Michigan Ave and we are looking for a subleaser starting in May or June. The reason we’re moving is because our lease for our house next year starts at the end of May. Rent is roughly $775. We have really enjoyed living here, and luckily we got the biggest bedrooms in the complex which is super nice because it’s overall very spacious. The location is great and we are right across the street from Williams and Yakeley Halls so it’s convenient for walking to places on campus. It comes with a couch and a chair, 2 bar chairs, living room table, and also has a gym downstairs. Also if you would like to see it in person we could figure something out.
