Bedroom for rent in a house; utilities included! The room is 15x12, and the bedroom will come unfurnished, as you are welcome to use your own furniture. You will have the room all to yourself! The rest of the house is already furnished and updated (bedroom pictures show the room as furnished by previous occupant. You will share the bathroom with just one other housemate, and the rest of the common areas and facility (i. e., kitchen, fridge, and laundry room) are available for your use.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself! My name is Samantha (23), and I am a Manager at Target. The landlord is my brother, Kevin, who is living at a separate address. There are two other housemates who are very kind and will make you feel very welcomed in your soon-to-be home. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with gorgeous scenery all around and easy access to major highways and the turnpike (within 10-minute drive), the Hamilton and Princeton Junction train stations (within 15-minute drive), as well as various stores, supermarkets, and banks (walking distance or within 5-minute drive). Also, I cannot forget to mention that it is only a 35-minute drive down to the Jersey Shore! Philadelphia is located about an hour away by car, and 30 minutes by Amtrak; NYC is located about an hour away by car and train. Perfect for commuters! Nearby attractions include the amazingly fun Six Flags Amusement Park (25 minutes by car), the captivating Sculpture Garden (15 minutes by car), and various quaint and beautiful parks :)
