Unfurnished room with private bathroom

I have an unfurnished room in Germantown, MD close Black Hill Park, Top Golf, Walmart, etc. You will get your own private closet, bathroom, and shower. The Condo includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, laundry room, and Patio deck for shared use with me. You will be able to park in the drive way but there is plenty of street parking in the community also. I have an office in the basement which I work from and I will be sleeping in the master bedroom next to your room. I will pay for all the utilities which include power, water, gas, internet, and HOA. I would prefer someone who is goal oriented, clean, organized, and can be a friend at the end of the day. If you would like to see how I am living please contact me and check out the condo and room. I look forward to meeting you. You can have a pet but an extra monthly fee will be required. $150 a month for a small dog or cat. Bigger Dogs will be $200-300 depending on the size. You can negotiate pet fee if I meet the dog.
